Refund Policy

1. Appointment Deposits

Deposits are generally refundable with at least 24 hours' notice. However, please note that for treatments requiring the pre-order of specific supplies (such as Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) or bespoke products), deposits become non-refundable once the products have been purchased for your scheduled appointment.

2. Treatment Satisfaction & Refunds

We strive for perfection, but if you are unhappy with your results, please contact the clinic within 24 hours. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss and provide corrective treatment where appropriate. Please note that as costs for clinician time and clinical products are non-recoverable, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

3. Training Courses & Digital Content

• Cooling-off Period: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 25% of the course material.
• Access Limit: Once more than 25% of the course content has been accessed, or the 14-day window has passed, the course becomes non-refundable.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and carry a strictly enforced 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
